AMERICAN HANGARSAVIATION INFRASTRUCTURE
American Hangars

A long-term vision for aviation real estate investment.

Exploring a future investor-backed platform to develop, own and lease hangar facilities across the United States.

Proposed strategy

From project pipeline to owned infrastructure

Phase 1: Originate and assess a pipeline targeting approximately 20–50 proposed hangar units, subject to site suitability and stakeholder interest.

Phase 2: Explore formation of a separately structured investor-backed joint venture to fund approved projects, construct hangars and lease facilities to aviation customers.

Investment objective: Build a portfolio of income-producing aviation real estate over time. Actual outcomes depend on costs, occupancy, lease terms, financing and market conditions.
